Here is evidence from the Fluharty v Johnson civil case related to the Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al civil case.
SEX SCANDAL: This is evidence from the Fluharty v Johnson civil case, Walnut Creek, California, filed May 9, 2008, Case Number WSC08-0393. It is public information. East Bay Veterinary Specialists is a subsidiary of Encina Veterinary Hospital (Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc.). These veterinary practices were practicing veterinary medical Ponzi fraud schemes, and sex offenses. I discovered this case after a tip-off in February 2009. I cited this case in my civil case MSC08-00931, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, filed April 4, 2008. Were the government officials, justices, judges, commissioner, District Attorneys, law enforcement connected with or involved with sexual deviances/offenses with this practice?
