Measure F asks if the city will levy a dedicated tax to “acquire, create, and maintain 297 acres of permanent public parkland and wildlife habitat known as the Alhambra Highlands, at a maximum rate of $79 annually for single-family parcels and at specified maximum rates for other parcel type.” The measure requires a two-thirds majority of “yes” votes to pass.
