Sheriff Livingston Conspires with Judicial System to Destroy Witness/Victim
He says that he takes crime reports "very seriously", but he worked VERY HARD to annihilate the victim in a civil lawsuit against frauds.
Contra Costa County Sheriff David O. Livingston isn't who he's claiming to be. He makes over $212,000.00 per year paid for by tax payers. That means he is to follow the law and protect victims and witnesses. But, what he is really doing, in my case, is that he destroyed me(and he is destroying me) because I am demanding that my money(but not limited to), that was swindled from me by a veterinary practice that perpetrated an elaborate fraud scheme, be returned to me. When you see that a business has sued their clients, it is an indication that the business is unethical and needs to be investigated. If fraud acts are discovered, laws are to be followed, and the business is to be shut down, especially when they inflict great bodily injuries and elaborate fraud schemes on unsuspecting consumers.

In response to a news article, Sheriff Livingston blames citizens, witnesses and victims for not providing information about crimes and "That makes if difficult, if not impossible to solve crimes." Yet, when Perri Mink reported, with great detail and evidence, of the elaborate fraud scheme perpetrated on her by Encina Veterinary Hospital located in Walnut Creek, California, he deployed his officers to harass her. When she reported to Sheriff Livingston(see the photo letter included in this published article) that the judicial system was destroying her, he participated with them in their well-thought-out malicious acts to annihilate her. Perri states, "My case isn't the only torturous case against a citizen demanding change in the judicial system." The legal system is destroying and stealing tax payer's money in other communities too. In this 2014 Judical Council Watcher article, they state: "For quite awhile now we’ve been keeping our eye upon the Marin County Courts due to the many indiscretions that have happened under that Frank Lloyd Wright designed roof and frankly, have observed disturbing patterns and all-too-cozy relationships. These relationships have served to severely undermine the public trust in the Marin County courts."

"My legal system tortured me, incarcerated me for almost a year, in that time, sent me to Napa State Hospital and libeled me a paranoid schizophrenic, when in fact, I have been diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD. They physically injured me, made me homeless, unemployed, and are causing great PTSD triggers.", Perri exclaims.
"I demand that anyone involved with the cruel acts in destroying my civil case and using their government position to destroy me further, be prosecuted and sentenced to the full extent of the law."
