Solano Community College Offers Aid For Displaced Heald Students
The beleaguered for-profit Heald franchise this week closed its campuses in California, including one in Concord.

News from Solano Community College:
The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) has asked local community colleges to offer space for Heald students who are displaced due to the forthcoming closure of Heald College. The California Community College Chancellor, Dr. Brice Harris, asked the colleges to help the students as well.
We are pleased to inform the community as well as Heald students that Solano Community College (SCC) wants to work hard to assist students who were affected by the closing of Heald College with completing their studies. SCC staff were present at the Heald College Transfer Day to provide students with information on programs, financial aid, and other services.
