In January, a 26-year-old school employee Kamaljot Kaur was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor child abuse for allegedly striking a 9-year-old at the school.
The arrest stemmed from a video that surfaced on the Internet and allegedly shows staffers at Tobinworld II laughing while Kaur strikes the student several times.
Another employee was also arrested and charged with failing to report the incident.
A group called Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, which focuses on abuse at various institutions, called for a grand jury investigation of the abuse at the school.
Another report of abuse was made in 2014. That incident allegedly occurred in 2013 to an 8-year-old boy.
