MARTINEZ, CA — Patch reader Sarah Jeanne Lombardo shared this May 16 photo of a squirrel reaching for a snack, or perhaps inventing a new yoga position.

"Spotted on a walk through downtown Martinez: despite strategic placement away from nearby flat surfaces, a squirrel finds its way to the bird feeder," Sarah wrote in an email to Patch. "Enjoy!"
