Was Concord, CA City Attorney Mark Coon murdered?

My FB is public again. Here is a quote of my recent post on Thursday, April 13, 2017:

"I've been holding off from talking publicly about the death of City Attorney Mark Coon, for one, it has been very disturbing to have learned about his death. Sooo disturbing it has brought me to tears. I have
sent two emails to a friend the night I discovered his death and now I can't find them. Why?

I had met City Attorney Coon a few times and in passing, when I lived in Concord, California, and needed the
city's assistance because of the abuses and fraud that was happening at the mobile home park where I lived. In the last meeting I had with him in the glass enclosed conference room at city civic center, he
responded to my announcement of my fears on my life, by saying something to the effect that he was in fear too. The news articles keep referring to him committing suicide. I don't believe it!!! One article
called him mentally ill. Also, Attorney Coon had worked with the city council members that are questionable regarding the mobile home park I lived in. Very questionable that denied mobile home tenant rights and
were against state law.

I've posted in the comments that there is questions about another suspecting foul play. And notice that Dan Helix's name shows up. Dan Helix played games with me as I've posted recently regarding the Delta
Veteran's Group. I've also posted in the comments about the illegal lobbying in the development of the Concord Naval Weapons base that may have something to do with it too, I don't know though."
