23rd Annual Wildlife Education Day Festival Coming Soon

Saturday, October 18th 10am-3pm at Blackberry Farm, 21979 San Fernando Ave, Cupertino

Families are invited to join Santa Clara Audubon and over 25 other environmental organizations to celebrate nature and wildlife. Activities include birdhouse and bird feeder building, a scavenger hunt, educational presentations, and a wildlife poster contest. Live animals animal attractions include birds, reptiles, Big Cats, and more!

Children ages 4 and up are also invited to participate in our ā€œCalifornia Native Wildlifeā€ logo contest. Poster contest details available online at http://www.scvas.org/pdf/Flyer_EdDay_Logo_Contest.pdf. Winning artwork will be used for event promotional material and displayed during the Wildlife Education Day festival.

For ā€œEarly Birds,ā€ SCVAS will hold a guided shorebird walk at Charleston Slough in Mountain View’s Baylands at 8:00 a.m. Following the walk, participants are encouraged to caravan to the Wildlife Education Day festivities in Cupertino. RSVP is required for the walk ONLY.

NOTE: Free parking is available at Blackberry Farm and Monta Vista High School.
