Bears' Lacrosse Team Lances Knights

The Menlo School boys' lacrosse team dropped a 7-3 decision to Menlo-Atherton in a Santa Clara Valley Athletic League game Thursday.

Playing their fifth match in eight days, fatigue set in and the Bears demonstrated tough defense. The Knights move to 5-4 in league and 7-7 overall.

Seniors Ryan Grzejka, Pete Foster and junior Nick Schultz scored for the Knights. Junior Wiley Osborne contributed three assists. Luc McNally had six saves for the Knights, who play host to Marin Catholic in a non-league match at 4:30 on Saturday.
