M-A Leaps Into PAL Varsity Track and Field League Trials and Finals

Today, Friday April 27, Menlo-Atherton sends 38 athletes to the league track and field 'playoffs'. Tonight's meet in Terra Nova high school in Pacifica will host the trials of the running events and the finals of the:

Boys: Long jump, pole vault, discus and 

Girls:  Long jump, high jump, shot put

Top 8 in the running events will move on to the PAL Finals next Friday at Terra Nova (May 4th). The finals for the following field events will take place then as well:

Boys:  Triple jump, high jump, shot put

Girls:  Triple jump, pole vault, discus

Relays (something that M-A is excelling at this year are held on May 4th as well - there are no trials for that event. )
