Brush Up On Your Safety, Personal Emergency Preparedness & Crime Prevention Skills
Palo Alto PD is hosting a free Tuesday class for locals and residents of neighboring communities.

Announcement from the Palo Alto Police Department:
Do you live, work, or play in our foothills area? If so, weāve got a free safety class for you next Tuesday night, September 23!
The 90-minute āSafety, Personal Emergency Preparedness & Crime Preventionā class is focused on the foothills region of our community (loosely defined as from Foothill Expressway / Junipero Serra Boulevard / Alameda de las Pulgas all the way up west to Skyline Boulevard).
The class is being held on Tuesday, September 23, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Stanford Research Park at 3160 Porter Drive in Palo Alto.

The class, which is co-sponsored by the City of Palo Altoās Office of Emergency Services and the Stanford University Department of Public Safety, presents information for property owners, tenants, businesses, students, faculty, staff, and other community members who spend time in the Palo Alto and Stanford foothills.
People from neighboring communities are welcome, too! Even if you live or work elsewhere, the information presented will still be of value, since the presenters will cover personal/family emergency preparedness and crime prevention tips.
