
Baby Boot Camp class is launching this fall at Menlo Park's Burgess Park!
Prenatal and Postpartum moms can bring their child and work out with other moms in a small group setting! Reap the benefits of working out with a trainer to ensure you are getting maximum results! All fitness levels are accomodated!
Registration opens for this class to residents on Aug. 20 (non residents Aug. 27).
