If you're looking for a great hi-lo aerobics class, you've found it! Have fun and get fit while moving to energizing music, with simple choreography that can be performed at your choice of impact and/or intensity. From beginner to advanced, this class is for you! Each workout includes up to 50 minutes of cardio, followed by core strengthening, and ending with a relaxing stretch.
