On September 21st the Menlo Park Fire Protection District is offering an important class on Environmental Health Isssues After Disasters Training. This session provides an overview of general precautions and recommendations related to environmental health issues after disasters. Discussions and group activities will focus on a variety of environmental hazards such as carbon monoxide, extreme temperatures, and fires. A basic overview will also be given on mask use to gain a better understanding of the various types and uses of masks. For more information please visit the Menlo Park Fire District website.
