Facebook and Google are teaming up to promote biking to work!
SF2G, a bike commuting club founded by Google cyclists in 2005, regularly organizes early morning commute rides from San Francisco to companies all over Silicon Valley. Their route includes the Bay Trail, which passes Facebook's new headquarters at 1601 Willow Rd in Menlo Park.
Join Facebook staff, cyclists, and local leaders to greet SF2G riders out on the Bay Trail on Friday, January 6 at 9 am, and help re-energize the riders with free coffee and snacks.

Local community leaders, including representatives of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG) and the Mid-Peninsula Open Space District, will explain how the project to complete the missing one-mile section of the Bay Trail through Menlo Park and East Palo Alto is moving forward in 2012.
