Flamenco Dance classes for children and Adults at Menlo Park recreation (Burgess)
Introduction to Flamenco Song & Dance for children
(Ages 5-11)
Parents are well come to participate with their children! All are welcome! We will teach basic rhythm and dance skills, with some singing and Palmas (hand clapping). A simple choreography. This dance is use in all festivals in Spain. Class will be conducted in Spanish and English enabling the children to learn simple Spanish words and dance language commands. The songs are in Spanish and the children will learn verses with the Guitar Accompaniment. Drop-in $20. Pre-registration required!

This course is intended for students who have some prior experience in flamenco dance who desire to improve their technical skills.
