  • Gazillion stars for the Mini Chipotle Cheeseburger. 3.5oz of Neiman Ranch beef perfection, sharp cheddar, *maple syrup glazed* bacon bits, chipotle sauce, mustard seed mayo, lettuce, tomato on an sesame bun. It's a handful of slider-y perfection
  • This is currently my favorite food truck.  They usually seem to focus on burgers and high end sandwiches, but every once in a while, they switch it up, and they'll have tacos instead.  Here are a few of the things I've tried with them.

Alejandro Valle Jewelry ~ Selling out front

Alejandro Valle has been creating handmade jewelry since he was 16, about 10 years ago.  He is from central Mexico, and the technique he uses, wire filigree, reflects the great prehispanic culture which has created jewelry for thousands of years.  Alejandro gathers the natural stones and minerals he uses, such as jade, onyx, quartz, amber, or obsidian, from local Mexican lapidaries.  The wire spiral designs that he incorporates in his unique earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces, represent the cycle of life - which is constantly changing.

  • The food from this truck is so good. I will follow it anywhere!!  I always get the tofu in green, either baked or steamed.  I've heard the other meat dishes are very good also. You must try this place.
  • The Chairman, formerly known as "Chairman Bao" truck, serves delicious pork bellies in steamed ($3.75) or baked ($6.75) buns. Tender pork bellies that's topped off with turmeric, pickled daikon and green shiso. The delightful combination is like Heaven & Earth wrapped in a cloud of soft, fluffy and pillowy buns.
