JET3: FREE CLASS FOR A NEW STUDENT ONLY
(one class per student, subject to capacity and first come first served RSVP)
Sunday, April 22: 2:30 pm -4:00 pm
A perfect introductory program for students who are motivated to develop their badminton skills and technique from fundamentals to tournament training. This rigorous, supportive and fun program focuses on building understanding of the game rules and terminologies, essential badminton warm-up and cool down stretches and exercises as well as light conditioning techniques. Students will develop fundamental badminton techniques (grips, serves, lifts, clears, drops, footwork, etc.) and basic court play rules.
JET3 Spring Season Schedule (1x/week and 2/week options):
Thursdays, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Sundays, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
