Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology for strengthening your nervous and glandular systems, unleashing bountiful energy, balancing your emotions, activating your chakras, expanding your awareness, and knowing your connection to spirit and all. Class goals include:

  • Learning exercises to increase physical flexibility, tone and strength.
  • Learning breathing techniques to increase energy, calm and focus the mind.
  • Learning relaxation/meditation techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Learning to experience higher consciousness with deeper joy & meaning in your life.


This class is taught by KRI-certified instructors who are members of IKYTA.
