Menlo Park Boot Camp

Re-define the power lunch and join us for a power-packed hour of cardio and resistance training!  Using different equipment, and/or your own body weight, you'll perform a variety of exercises and drills to achieve new levels of cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.  The class is designed for all fitness levels and is held outdoors in Burgess Park, adjacent to the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center.  All equipment is provided, just bring water.  For best results, and a discounted rate, enroll twice a week.  Drop-ins welcome, $15 fee.
