VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) will host a 2K walk and roll event on June 2, 2011 in support of homeless Veterans and employee wellness month. The event is just one of many 2Ks taking place that day at other VA facilities across the country.
There is no registration fee; however employees and volunteers participating in the event are encouraged to donate an item for a homeless Veteran. Participation is open to the community as well.
