Help a child learn to read--become a volunteer reading partner

Reading Partners is looking for some awesome Menlo Park tutors.

We’ll help you become an effective tutor by matching you with a single student and providing a structured, easy-to-use curriculum and lots of support. Your time and passion can help a child strengthen their reading skills, build confidence, and discover a passion for reading.

Change a child’s life. Tutoring with Reading Partners is an easy way to make a big impact on the life of a child. Becoming a reading partner is a fun, powerful way to help a student succeed in reading and life. No prior experience necessary to make a difference! 70% of our tutors have little to no education experience. Anyone over the age of 14 can volunteer with us!

When:Pick any 1-hour time slot that’s convenient for you between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Thursday (you are welcome to help more if able).

Where: Reading Partners has reading centers at elementary schools throughout Menlo Park.
