Holiday Traditions at Filoli-- La saison d' elegance: 'Season of Elegance'
Annual nine-day fundraising event coming in November at historic site in Woodside. Tickets go on sale Oct. 20.

A Bay Area favorite, Filoli’s spectacular nine-day Holiday Traditions fundraising event begins Friday evening, November 28.
With this year’s theme, “La saison d’ élégance,” — Season of Elegance, visitors will be transported into a grand world of French splendor and magnificence.
The rooms throughout the first floor of the historic House and Visitor & Education Center are transformed into a unique, magical showcase with a holiday atmosphere that delights and inspires each guest as they enjoy the stunning decorations, festive music and exceptional merchandise of the Holiday Boutique.

Numerous local choral and performing groups and Bay Area musicians’ music will add to the ambiance during this one-of-a-kind event.
The kickoff to Holiday Traditions is the popular Opening soirée, Friday evening, November 28th. Live music, French hors d’oeuvres and champagne will transport visitors into an evening with continental flair. Buffet lunches and evening bistro dining are available at select times during the week with advance reservations.

Young families will enjoy the Children’s Luncheon Party onSaturday, December 6, designed especially for children five to ten years of age, which includes fun food, a visit with Santa and children’s entertainment during the party in the Visitor & Education Center.
The collaborative efforts of more than 700 volunteers, along with Filoli staff, create Holiday Traditions each year.
This long-standing event is Filoli’s largest and most beloved fundraiser and supports the preservation and stewardship of this historic site.

Beginning October 20 tickets can be purchased online at www.filoli.org.
Ticket Prices: Vary with each event (Non-members: $30.00 to $85.00 & Members: $25.00 to $75.00). Visit www.filoli.org for more details. Space is limited. Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended. Some dates and times sell out early. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
