
The Menlo School boys’ lacrosse team dropped a 16-15 overtime decision to visiting Palo Alto in a league game on Thursday.
The Knights' record stands at 5-2 overall and 3-2 in the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League.
Menlo came back with a final-period charge after trailing 12-10 after three periods, piling on five goals. Wiley Osborne led the Knights’ strong shooting as he scored seven goals and added two assists. Ryan Grzejka added five goals and an assist while Nick Schultz notched a hat trick and had two assists.

Connor Paterson and Jack Ferguson each picked up an assist. Luc McNally finished with 10 saves. Menlo takes on Burlingame at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
