Menlo Boys' Tennis Beats Pinewood

Knights reign victorious at home.

In a make-up match, Menlo boys' tennis grabbed two 7-0 victories, this time over Pinewood on Wednesday at home.

The Knights keep their record unblemished at 10-0 atop the West Bay Athletic League and 19-0 overall. Next, they play Harker in San Jose on Thursday. Just like the format from the previous day, Menlo played eight-game, pro-set matches to make up for an earlier match that was rained out and cover both the home-and-away series.

At No.1, junior Andrew Ball defeated Kevin Endersby as all the Menlo School singles players won 8-0, 8-0. Freshman Victor Pham defeated Siddarth Kurkure at No. 2, sophomore David Ball defeated Benjamin Brown and freshman Vikram Chari defeated Trevor Leimer.
