Menlo Park School Calendar 2019-20: First Day Of School Plus

MENLO PARK, CA — The Menlo Park Unified School District will welcome students back to school on Aug. 22 in either a date to dread or one to look forward to.

Either way, it's a traditional date that's instrumental in a child's development.

There is no school for students on Sept. 2 for the Labor Day holiday. Other significant dates include:

• Teacher work days on Aug. 16 and 21
• Veterans Day on Nov. 11
• Thanksgiving holiday on Nov. 27 through 29
• Winter break on Dec. 23 through Jan. 7
• Spring break on April 1 through 3
• Last day of school on June 12
