Power Lines Reported Down In Atherton, PG&E Working At Scene
A tree fell onto some wires, officials said.

ATHERTON, CA — Pacific Gas and Electric crews were on the scene of power lines that are down in the city of Atherton early Wednesday morning, officials with the utility company said.
A report of a tree falling onto wires near the intersection of Fair Oaks Lane and Middlefield Road in Atherton came in around 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, according to a PG&E official.
It is unclear how the tree fell into the wire, but a PG&E official said there is no associated power outage with the wires falling down.
