Anne Burleigh Jacobs, PT, Ph.D., founder of SensoMotor Neurological Rehabilitation, LLC, will share motivating and practical tips about regaining use of the arm and hand after stroke. Her engaging presentation style provides the opportunity for questions and comments during the program.
Dr. Jacobs earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1985, and a Doctorate in Neuroscience and Physiology in 1992. Her career has focused on neurological rehabilitation and teaching principles of neuroscience and neuroplasticity.
This program is valuable for stroke survivors, family caregivers and clinicians.
