According to the research, 42 million American women-those between the ages of forty and sixty-experience the most stress of anyone in the world. Getting Started in the Kitchen

Getting Started in the Kitchen is a hands-on, four-hour course this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You'll learn the timing of preparing a complete meal, how to make vinaigrette, make sauteed chicken with pan sauce, herb-roasted potatoes, how to blanch and saute vegetables and best yet, at the end you will eat what you have learned to make that day.
