My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. PORTOLA VALLEY, CA — A vehicle slammed into a utility pole in unincorporated San Mateo County on Monday, sending at least one person to the hospital and prompting the hours-long closure of an area roadway, according to CHP and SMC reports. The crash was first reported at 1:46 p.m. along Los Trancos Road. The pole came crashing down onto the vehicle following the crash, and wires were reported on the roadway, according to preliminary California Highway Patrol reports. As of 4 p.m., though the vehicle was removed, the roadway remained blocked. Officials with the San Mateo County Alert System announced a closure for an unknown duration. "Los Trancos Road will be closed from Alpine Road to the fire trail at Valley Oak Street per PG&amp;E," the agency said. "Wires are down in the roadway due to a traffic accident... PG&amp;E will be working to repair the downed wires and restore the power to the Los Trancos neighborhood."
