4 Suspects Arrested in Milpitas for Drugs, Theft

The suspects were spotted in a hotel parking lot. A police officer on patrol thought they looked suspicious.

Milpitas, CA - Milpitas Police arrested four suspects on theft and drug charges, according to Milpitas Police Sgt. Matthew Miller.

The four San Jose residents were taken into custody at the Embassy Suites on Calaveras Boulevard.

A police officer spotted the suspects sitting in an SUV at 11:15 p.m. on July 5. The vehicle was backed into a parking space. The officer contacted the people and determined that two had outstanding felony warrants out for their arrest.

Police found methamphetamine, and stolen items including multiple drivers licenses. Two of the suspects were booked into jail on the felony warrants. The other two were cited and released.

SUSPECT #2: Sean Timothy Finn, 35-year-old male, San Jose, resident
SUSPECT #3: Santana Danielle Roa, 31-year-old female, San Jose, resident
SUSPECT #4: Jamie Michelle Rutherford, 35-year-old female, San Jose, resident
SUSPECT VEHICLE: 1999 Dodge Durango, black
