$5,000 Reward Offered In Milpitas Cold Case Murder
The unsolved killing took place in 2016.

MILPITAS, CA — A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of the suspect responsible for fatally shooting 47-year-old Robert Gutierrez in 2016, according to Milpitas police.
Gutierrez was found in the 100 block of Dixon Road after officers responded to reports of gunfire at 3:51 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2016. He was transported to a hospital, but died of his injuries.
