South Bay health care leaders are holding a policy briefing in Santa Clara this morning to discuss the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren and health advocates for low-income communities will gather from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to discuss implementing the law.
The briefing will be held at Santa Clara County's Community Health Partnership offices at 100 N. Winchester Blvd. in Santa Clara.
