DUIs top the list of recent arrests performed by the Milpitas Police Department.

Friday, Nov. 19
- Domestic violence. A 33-year-old parolee from Milpitas was arrested at 7:13 p.m. for domestic violence, robbery and providing false information about his identify to an officer. Cestaric and Kennedy drives.
- Outstanding warrant. A 20-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested at 6:13 a.m. for previous charges of unauthorized use of prescription drugs, possession of marijuana, falsely identifying herself to an officer and obstructing an officer or emergency medical technician. Woodruff Way and Palisades Drive.
- Public intoxication. An 18-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at 2:30 a.m. near Rio Verde Place and Junipero Drive on suspicion of being drunk and under the influence of a controlled substance.
Thursday, Nov. 18
- Obstructing personnel. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer or emergency medical technician. South Milpitas and East Calaveras Boulevard. 10:22 p.m.

- Driving under the influence. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a DUI and two priors, with a suspended and revoked license. Park Hill Drive and Park Grove Drive. 11:40 p.m.
- Domestic violence. A 23-year-old Milpitas resident was arrested at a home near Selwyn Drive and Dempsey Road. 11:36 p.m.
- Theft. Two women from Cupertino, both 26, were arrested of suspicion of theft at the Great Mall. They used an access card to fraudulently obtain goods or cash. 5:03 p.m.
- Drug possession. A 25-year-old homeless man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of meth for sale, possession of oxycodone and transporting them in a vehicle. Dixon Road and Arizona Avenue. 1 a.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 16
- Biking under the influence. A 19-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on suspicion of riding a bike while intoxicated. He was also charged with biking on the wrong side of the street. East Calaveras Boulevard and West Temple Drive.

- Driving with a suspended license. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested for issues related to a suspended license, providing false information, failing to obey a traffic sign and having illegally tinted windows. Ranch Drive and McCarthy Boulevard. 11:53 p.m.
- Outstanding warrant. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a prior charge of driving without a suspended license and fleeing from an officer by car. Great Mall.
- Driving under the influence. A 56-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at 1:29 a.m. at Yosemite Drive and Carlsbad Street. The man had no prior record of a DUI.
Saturday, Nov. 13
- Driving under the influence. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested at 11:35 p.m. at North Park Victoria Drive and Kennedy Drive. The man had no prior record of a DUI.
- Outstanding warrant. A 21-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at 11:20 p.m. for previous charges, such as hit-and-run and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way.
- Driving under the influence. A 26-year-old San Jose resident was arrested at 11:01 p.m. Tasman and Alder drives.
- Driving under the influence. A 30-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a DUI, driving recklessly, driving without a license and child endangerment. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 10:55 p.m.
- Theft. A 41-year-old parolee from San Jose was arrested 8:59 p.m. at the Great Mall for stealing.
- Outstanding warrant. A 21-year-old Milpitas resident was arrested at 3:45 p.m for prior charges related to driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Thursday, Nov. 11
- Driving under the influence. A Gilroy resident was arrested at 1:01 a.m. near Landess Avenue and the 680 freeway.
- Possession of a stolen vehicle. A 30-year-old parolee from San Jose was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on suspicion of stealing a car and resisting arrest. Dixon Landing Road and Milmont Drive.
