MILPITAS, CA — Cisco will vacate more than 471,000 square feet of office space in Milpitas by the end of this year, according to a report in the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The property, Campus Center, is located at 115-155 N. McCarthy Blvd. Cisco paid $10.4 million to break its lease. The landlord of the office space, Hudson Pacific Properties, will do a major overhaul of the property in an effort to attract a new tenant. Cisco plans to consolidate operations at its San Jose headquarters, according to a statement from the company.
