Milpitas Public Library welcomes back the Firebird Youth Chinese Orchestra for another free concert. The orchestra, composed of young musicians playing traditional Chinese instruments, is a local Bay Area treasure. FYCO's mission is to promote Chinese music as an integral part of Chinese-American culture, strengthening the Chinese community and enhancing the diversity and richness of American culture.
