Free Native Landscaping Workshop In Milpitas Saturday

MILPITAS, CA — If you've enjoyed the wildflower show that the hills have put on this spring and want your yard to take on a similar view, attend the free Native & Drought Tolerant Planting Workshop this Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Barbara Lee Senior Center, 40 N. Milpitas Blvd.

During the workshop, you will learn how and why drought tolerant plants need less water, and how to plant and care for them. You'll also find out about the role of soil organisms and organic matter in maintaining plant health and improving your garden’s water efficiency.

Light refreshments will be provided. Registration required.
