Telekarafi Lotomau won $779,272 after purchasing a ticket at the 7-Eleven at 4193 Central Ave. in Fremont. Sunday afternoon, his daughter checked the numbers after the drawing and said she couldn't believe her eyes, lottery officials said. Lotomau has played the game since it started 30 years ago and plays when he feels lucky, but this is the first time he has won, he told lottery officials.
