Thirty-six teams, 500 kids, 30 coaches. How did Milpitas PAL Soccer teams stack up against other cities—and each other?
PAL Soccer's End of the Season Tournament couldn't keep the rain away from the fields of the Milpitas Sports Complex during the weekend. Young soccer players from Milpitas and other cities competed for division titles.
"It was a good, successful season," said Tony Aceves, commissioner of Milpitas PAL Soccer. "There were moments in the season that made it worthwhile. Once they step back and take a look, it was worth it."
