Man Killed In Hit-And-Run In San Jose Tuesday
The crash happened at 7:15 and impacted rush-hour traffic.
SAN JOSE, CA — A man died following a hit-and-run collision in San Jose on Tuesday morning.
Officers were at the scene in the area of Capitol and Alum Rock avenues as of 7:15 a.m., San Jose police said on Twitter.
The public was asked to avoid the area.

Commute traffic is also affected and both southbound lanes of Capitol Avenue are closed from Alum Rock Avenue to Florence Avenue, police said.
