Man Suffers Life-Threatening Injury In San Jose Shooting

The man was shot just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

SAN JOSE, CA - A man who was shot in East San Jose on Wednesday afternoon was taken to a hospital with injuries considered to be life-threatening, according to police.

Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3200 block of Lanai Avenue around 3:05 p.m. Wednesday and found the man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, San Jose police Officer Gina Tepoorten said.
