Merryhill Preschool Students Pack 100 Gifts for Children in Need

Pre-K students at Merryhill Preschool in Milpitas recently met their goal of packing and preparing 100 gift boxes of toys, art supplies, books and more to benefit children in need around the world. Prior to preparing the packages, students held a donation drive to collect the supplies and gifts in each box. The boxes also contained handwritten letters from the students, sending well wishes during the holidays. Through this initiative, students learned about friendship, different languages and the importance of giving back to others in need.

Operation Christmas Child is an international humanitarian organization that sends care packages to children in need around the globe.
