Milpitas Man, 21, Killed In Sunday Shooting

The incident occurred in San Francisco's Hunters Point neighborhood.

A 21-year-old man shot to death on Sunday afternoon in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood has been identified as Milpitas resident Reginald Shelton, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Harbor Road near Ingalls Street around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, according to San Francisco police Officer Gordon Shyy.

Police found Shelton deceased with a gunshot wound to his upper body, Shyy said.

Officers searched the area but did not locate any suspects in connection with Shelton’s death.

Police have not released any suspect description or a possible motive for the shooting.
