Milpitas Rescue Crews Pull Person From Concrete-Filled Ditch

Milpitas rescue crews pulled a person from a ditch filled with wet concrete this afternoon, fire officials said.

The trapped victim was reported at 2:18 p.m. at 231 Dixon Landing Road, according to the Milpitas Fire Department.

The person had been hit by an object and fell into a ditch filled with wet, uncured concrete.

Rescue crews managed to pull him out about an hour later, according to the fire department.
