Mosey On Over To Fremont For Supper Time On Wednesdays!

Off the Grid is excited to announce its first location in Fremont at The Globe Shopping Center with twice weekly events.

Beginning September 16, 2015, Off the Grid will provide weekly food trucks and live music from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. every Wednesday.

Additionally, Off the Grid will host a weekly lunch market on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Both events will offer a rotating lineup of eight food trucks.

Months in the making, Off the Grid has been working with the Fremont Planning Department as well as The Globe’s ownership, American Pacific International Capital Inc. to create a twice weekly dining experience for local residents. Hosting the event at The Globe Shopping Center allows for easy access with its proximity to Highway 880 and to Fremont’s downtown. Fremont @ The Globe will be Off the Grid’s 46th market and 38thlocation overall.

A rotating lineup of eight food trucks on Wednesdays will include Little Green Cyclo, 3-3-3, Cluck it Up, 3 Brothers Kitchen, The Waffle Roost, Curry up Now, The Chairman, Hula Truck, Mediterranean Touch Cuisine, H. Butler’s BBQ, Roderick’s BBQ, CupKates, and Lexie’s Frozen Custard.

A rotating lineup of eight food trucks on Sundays will include Curry Up Now, Opie’s Gourmet Stacked Burgers, Koja Mantraah, Southern Comfort Kitchen, Pelican Po’Boys, Canasta Kitchen, Kabob Job, We Sushi, JShack, Street Dogs, Go Streatery, Johnny Doughnuts, and Frozen Kuhsterd.

Kicking off this special event on Wednesday is musical guest The Shawn Megofna Band, a soulful group from the Bay Area sure to get guests into the groove. The band’s eclectic and original music catalog is the perfect pairing for Off the Grid’s diverse dining options.
