New Patelco Branch in Milpitas Combines Digital Banking With Personal Service

NEW PATELCO BRANCH IN MILPITAS COMBINES DIGITAL BANKING WITH PERSONAL SERVICE

PLEASANTON, Calif. – Patelco Credit Union, one of California’s largest credit unions with more than
$4 billion in assets, celebrates a fresh look and feel to community banking with the grand opening of its new Milpitas Branch. The new facility provides tech-savvy options while maintaining personalized service for Patelco members. By incorporating more digital interfaces, such as Google Chromebook kiosks, the Milpitas branch allows members to privately conduct transactions specific to their needs and preferences.

“Milpitas has retained a small-community feel at the edge of the tech-centric Silicon Valley. We see this branch as a reflection of Milpitas and an opportunity to blend the growing digital landscape with the personal service our members deserve,” said Chief Retail Officer Melissa Morgan.

The new branch will offer access to Wi-Fi, a digital service center with computers and expert staff to support online and mobile banking, as well as private offices for personal banking support. The branch will also provide access to a full service COOP ATM so that members can conduct business on all their credit union accounts 24/7 and industry-leading rates including the innovative new high rate, reverse tier Money Market Select Account.

While the Milpitas branch officially opened March 23rd, the grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on June 5th from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Milpitas Town Center – 601 E. Calaveras Blvd.; Milpitas, Calif. 95035. The event will include a prize drawing for a chance to win a 60-inch flat screen television, as well as weekly prizes.
