The suspects broke into a home when no one answered the doorbell.

MILPITAS, CA — Two suspects are being sought for trying to burglarize a Milpitas home last month, police said Thursday.
At about 3:30 p.m. on May 19, police were called to a home in the 500 block of Clauser Drive because someone reported a burglary.
A male suspect and a female suspect had forced the home's front door open after they rang the doorbell and no one answered. Police said the residents had heard the doorbell ring but didn't answer the door because they weren't expecting anyone.
