Traffic Alert: Graduation Ceremonies in Milpitas This Week

MILPITAS, CA — Three graduation ceremonies and two promotion ceremonies will be held at Milpitas High School this week and the police department is warning residents about increased traffic.

"There may be increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area and parking may be impacted around Milpitas High School during the late afternoon and evening hours," MPD said in a statement released by Lt. John Torrez. "Please plan accordingly and drive safely through the area."

• Wednesday May 31, 2017 – 3:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.: Rancho Middle School Promotion Ceremony and Adult Education Graduation Ceremony
• Thursday June 1, 2017 – 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.: Russell Middle School Promotion Ceremony and Calaveras Hills High School Graduation Ceremony
• Friday June 2, 2017 – 5:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.: Milpitas High School Graduation Ceremony
