Motorcyclist ID'd In Fatal Mission Viejo Crash
The crash was reported at 6:15 p.m. on Marguerite Parkway and Antela in Mission Viejo, authorities said.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — One motorcyclist died in Mission Viejo Monday night after a fatal crash was reported on Marguerite Parkway and Antela, Orange County Sheriff's Department Spokesperson Jaimee Blashaw said.
The crash was reported at 6:15 p.m. Monday, Blashaw said. OCSD Spokesperson Carrie Braun told Patch that the crash happened when a white sedan was making a left-hand turn onto Marguerite Parkway from Tres Vista.
The injured motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital before succumbing to injures about an hour after the crash, she said. He was later identified as 60 year-old Mark Robb of Mission Viejo.

No one else was injured in the crash, Braun said. The driver of the sedan, an 81-year-old resident, stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators.
Drugs or alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the crash, Braun said.

The crash is under investigation by the OCSD.
