Kim Studley Ladera Ranch Elementary School Parent at 29 minutes also addressed the issue of inconsistent data coupled with overcrowding at Ladera Ranch schools and the short time frame for fixing problems before school starts.

She requested immediate action on the following items:

1) On-site Teaching Station and Facility Assessment be completed with Trustee Reardon at Ladera
Ranch Elementary and Middle School

2) All enrollment numbers and Address Verifications are ratified for accuracy
Confirmation that AR was written and provided to all principals

3) Confirmation of up-dated facility plan

4) Prompt Action in hiring a new principal

5) Accurate Boundary map be drawn in compliance with CFD boundary

6) Comments re: Williams Act complaints- who to file with since there is currently no Principal.
